9th Annual Taste of Italy Wine & Food Tasting

Brownsville Area Revitalization Corporation (BARC) is holding the 9th Annual Taste of Italy Food & Wine Tasting event on April 17, 2010.

The Taste of Italy has over twenty winemakers and has grown to a record number of over one hundred ninety guests. The event showcases talented vintners' homemade wines for tasting and a delicious dining presentation of heavy hors d'oeuvres that creates a complimentary experience. This event is touted by many as the social event of the year in Brownsville and is BARC's premier fundraiser.

This year, the decision has been made to move the date of the Taste of Italy to the spring, alleviating coordination concerns when most winemakers are harvesting their wines in the autumn.
