Fay Penn is looking for potential tenants (businesses) to occupy space at it's new Big 6 Plaza at the entrance to the Fayette Business Park between Fairchance and Smithfield. The rates are very reasonable and currently a new food service establishment (Tony's Corner Deli), a daycare center and an ATM station are coming! Anyone aware of someone that may be interested, please respond!

Today I was given what could be the most frightening information I could ever get hold of in the respect of our independence as individual Americans. The Pennsylvania state budget proposal ( S.B.) 850 has planned to heavily cut state funding to the Greatest device we have as a Free Nation, our libraries. As this Nation’s recession digs deeper and everyone of us feel the pain, our lawmaking body tries to find ways to slash costs. Those governing the budget have now set their sights on education a… Continue

The fifty (50) dollar ticket you get for parking when businesses are close from 1200-0700 is complete BS.
Do the greed of this city have any limits, there is no way to justify the high cost of parking ticket, other then to make-up for the parking complex that wa… Continue

I just signed up for membership in what I thought was a local group. Okay, here is the skinny. (is that too old a word to use?) Laugh if you want but I thought PA stood for parents anonymous. LOL
(It's okay... I'm laughing so it's not impolite or rude to laugh with me!) I realize now this is a site for Fayette County , Pennsylvania folks. So... I may gracefully bow out of this group soon. However, please add me as a friend on my space if you wish. Let me know if you don't want app invites okay?… Continue

I found a great website for recycling things that are too good to throw away. It is a great way to keep things out of landfills and you can get free stuff too! Check it out at www.freecycle.org
Did you know???? When you recycle one glass bottle, you save the amount of energy needed to light a 100 watt bulb for 4 hours. Continue
